How long does it take to make my order?

About 3 months. Each portrait is hand-carved and hand-painted from your pet's photos, so good things take time. We'll keep you updated along the way.

What kinds of pets can you make?

Any pet! Dogs and cats are the most popular, but we've also sculpted birds, sugar gliders, rabbits, and other less common companions. If you can photograph it, we can portrait it.

How do I place an order?

It's a simple 5-step process: (1) Choose your style and check out; (2) Upload 1–3 clear photos of your pet plus their name and your phone number; (3) We send you a preview for approval before any carving begins; (4) We handcraft your piece (about 3 months); (5) We gift-wrap it and ship it to you.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is a flat $5.95, and orders over $150 ship free. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your refund policy?

Each piece is handmade to order. Once production begins, all sales are final and orders are non-refundable. Please double-check your photos, name spelling, and phone number at the preview stage.

What materials do you use, and can you engrave my pet's name and phone number?

The tag is solid brass with your pet's portrait precision-engraved into the metal; the keychain is hand-sculpted leather with a three-dimensional relief portrait, hand-painted in full color. Yes — we can engrave your pet's name and your phone number on the piece, so it works beautifully as an ID tag too.
